Normanton on Trent with Marnham is a civil parish within the district of Bassetlaw and the county of Nottinghamshire
Normanton on Trent is a small village, located in South Bassetlaw, with population of approximately 300. Facilities in the village include St Matthews' Church, St Matthews Primary School, two pubs - The Square and Compass and The Crown, and a Village Hall which can be booked for parties, functions, and meetings. The village is also on the Newark to Retford bus route. Marnham Parish has a population of approximately 80 people. High Marnham has a pub, The Brownlow Arms, located on the bank of the River Trent. St Wilfrid's Church, which dates back to the 13th century, can be found in Low Marnham.
